What it does
01Bag checks

Clinicians work through a bag's contents on their phone, confirming presence and logging expiry dates as they go. No paper, no separate spreadsheet to update afterwards. Checks are timestamped and attributed.

02Flexible expiry tracking

Different bags need different levels of scrutiny. Packhorse offers four types of expiry tracking so you can set the right level down to individual sections of a bag.

03Drug management

Track medications from the batch that arrived in stock to the patient it was given to. Store inventory and individual bag contents are visible together. Receipts and delivery records live alongside, not in a separate folder nobody can find.

04Bag templates

Define a bag type once and apply it to as many physical bags as you need. Update the template and all bags of that type reflect it.

05Checklists

Start of shift walk-rounds, vehicle checks, station readiness. Generic checklists sit alongside bag checks so everything lives in one place. Anomalies are flagged automatically and notifications go to the right people.

06Admin overview

See which bags are overdue, drill into check history, and get a calendar view of everything expiring across bags and stores grouped by urgency. Find out before someone opens the bag.

07Suppliers & ordering
